Lost luggage is one of the many inconveniences a passenger may suffer. In this case the airline is responsible for the damage caused and the passenger has the right to a refund for his or her luggage, based on the claimed content value.

To obtain a refund for luggage stored in the hold during a flight the passenger must approach the Lost Luggage Department and report the loss. If within 21 days the airline has not yet delivered the luggage the passenger can claim their refund.
