Flight cancellation

Flight cancellation takes place when a flight originally scheduled by the airline is cancelled at some later date.

Delayed flight

Delayed flights are without doubt one of greatest inconveniences suffered by travellers. A ruling of the European Union's Court of Justice has established that in the event of a flight being delayed for over 3 hours passengers have the right to a refund, just as they do for flight cancellations or overbooking.

Has your flight been delayed for a long time? (over 3 hours)

Overbooking

Flight overbooking takes place when, despite having booked and purchased a flight, a passenger is denied the right to board due to over-booking or lack of seating for which the airline is directly responsible.

Delayed luggage delivery

Delays in luggage return is unfortunately a rather regular inconvenience. It often happens that the airline is responsible for a delay in delivering your luggage to you which causes the passenger some a much greater inconvenience over and above the waste of time.

If you are not given your lugga on arrival:

  1. go immediately to the Lost & Found desk of the airline you have just flown with and fill in the property irregularity report (P.I.R.);
  2. If necessary, purchase any basic necessities and clothing you may need and keep all receipts;
  3. Keep all your booking documents as well as the boarding pass and the luggage delivery slip along with the P.I.R. form (you have used to report the loss at the Lost & Found Desk);
  4. When the luggage is redelivered to you don't forget to have them issue a statement certifying the return of the suitcase;
  5. Within 21 days of the return fill in our form and we will ensure you receive your refund for delayed luggage delivery as well as the payment of all expenses incurred and documented, at no cost to you.

Luggage loss

After 21 days have past without your luggage being returned to you, it is considered lost. In the event that your luggage is lost the airline is deemed responsible for the damage suffered and the passenger has the right to reimbursed for lost luggage, for the amount they claim was contained in their luggage.
